The Roving Lodge Reporter
Gentlemen.
I hate to miss Bowling night or another commentary on Train getting his IPOD wiped.
There is a Call of duty and Goose is heading out to the Land of Palm Trees and Disneyworld.
Orlando...Get ready. Mother Goose is coming.
Heading out to the Wireless Enterprise Symposium. Seatown asked a good question. What is the difference between a Symposium and a Convention?
Websters defines it as follows
con·ven·tion ( P ) Pronunciation Key (kn-vnshn)
n. A formal meeting of members, representatives, or delegates, as of a political party, fraternal society, profession, or industry.
sym·po·si·um ( P ) Pronunciation Key (sm-pz-m)
n. pl. sym·po·si·ums or sym·po·si·a (-z-)
A meeting or conference for discussion of a topic, especially one in which the participants form an audience and make presentations.
I dont know if that helps. Im being put up in another amazing place. The Gaylord Palms Resort. What a horrible name for an immaculate location.
So be ready Monday for the 1st installment of "Goose in the 407"
Have a great weekend all!!!

I think it was episode 7 of robot chicken. a sci-fi convention with Star Wars geeks vs. Star Trek dorks. It was glorious.
"Oh yea, I heard William Shatner was going to make a guest appearance on Enterprise - NOT as Captain Kirk."
"You take that back!"
Ohhhh snap. On top of that, the other day I was at Target shopping. This guy was in the shampoo section with afrikkin Jedi Robe on! I so wish I had a camera on my phone.
Can't wait for the report from the 407. Thanks for checking in with the Lodge, Goose.
Which Target?
West Seattle - Westwood. The freaks come out at night. Target for food, Barnes & Noble for sci-fi reading.
I think I know who you're talking about. I've seen a jedi dude @ that Target before.

Yeah, his name is MCP...
Any Ex Elinkers think that Escher might be wandering around Target with his Googly eyes and his fake lightsaber?
Dude, I totally forgot about Escher. Rad. Fake double-sided Darth Maul lightsaber on top of it.
You mean "Dork Maul" - I loved that guy... I can only imagine what he is up to.. Na, I really dont want to imagine.
Though I would love to see a cage match between Esch and MCP... No hold bared Star Wars free for all.
Thats a tough call. Its hard to hit Escher cause his head never stops moving
HAHAH AHAH AHAHAHAAH - that was good
