Some folks have to learn lessons the hard way
it's just embarrassing for the program that 4 guys that all had a chance to be either 1 or 2 on the depth chart are going to be missing a year...as embarassing as your starting Free Safety getting hit over the head with a stop sign? or your rookie Right Tackle punching his girlfriend?...don't know...but you're right, not a good start to the season...oh well...eventually some of these kids are going to have to look adversity in the face and start pissing down its back...
Once you coach a kid, he's one of yours. And you share his pain & glory. Goose, Train & Jimbo all coached the young Hasty and the ties run deep.
