Hey Jerk!

After yesterday's Padre game at the beautiful Petco Park we went off into the Gaslamp district which is a much more entertainment filled and safer Pioneer Square. Walking down the strip I heard 3 live jazz bands, some 30's band orchestra, a funk band covering Montell Jordan, and we stopped at Dick's Last Resort where they were doing Prince, Cure, and unfortunately Bryan Adams covers. I guess summer of '69 is ok. I'm sure Jim would have loved it since the main theme of Dick's in SD is to be a complete asshole to you. We bought large Bud Lights 40's and smoked outside where the waitress throwing plastic cups at people. When i asked the bartender for a light she glared at me and yelled, "There's a bucket of titty matches right next to you jerk!" I was in awe at the standardized rudeness. I collected a handful of the titty matches for my brother lodge smokers.

This afternoon I try my body further with the trials of surfing on Coronado Island just outside of SD. Again, it will be glorious. I would think I might be sick of the constant 75' weather, but I guess i'm kind of a jerk and love it.
