NoodleGate

A recent news article reveals U.S. policies against Bill Gates. As Gates attempts to save Africa with the power of Windows, only one person can take his stead, who knows the "hard knock life", as a formidable government opponent and poverty advocate.

WASHINGTON, DC—The Bush Administration unveiled a new $64 billion spending package Monday for a joint CIA–Pentagon program aimed at neutralizing the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation's global humanitarian network.
"The fight against Gates will not be easy, will not be quick, and will not be without enormous cost," said Director Of National Intelligence John D. Negroponte of the new program, which calls for the creation of a new $20 billion counter-philanthropy unit aimed at punishing those countries that accept or use, directly or indirectly, any financial support from the Gates Foundation.
"If they want to use this money to purify a well, we will be there to fill it in with bacteria-infested soil before they get the chance," Negroponte said. "If they want to ensure that millions of children receive immunity shots for typhoid, whooping cough, or diphtheria, we will ensure that country's medicine is never received."

There was an article in Sunday's paper about the new building for the foundation that will be located near the city center. The article also mentioned that there was growing concern that with new funding and scope of the Gates foundation, that it would discourage the goverments of countries around the world from providing funding to deal with poverty. Um, yeah. Because governments have been fighting over the chance to save the poor all these years. I guess it'll just be another accusation about a Bill Gates monopoly, this time on charity.

I'm glad that Bill Gates is getting other billionaires ashamed of themselves and showing governments inability to resolve issues. Who is anyone to criticize someone for giving all their money away to people who need it!?

Duke...that's not how humanitarian aid works...see the country has to first sign away their human rights and adopt a western political and moral philosophy before we can assist?...a grand don't come for free...Gates will learn to f' w/ the US...oh, he'll learn

EFF THAT, i wanna see Gates do some crazy sh*t; like buy some ginormous tankers full of clothes, electronics, and food --- then go dump it on North Korea. Whats that!? Its commie lovin' and i bet its cost is less than a $Billion to do that for all of Pyongyang. And then whats the U.S. gonna do!?! He sucked up all of corporate and middle class America's disposable income and is giving it to places where we don't really care; we have Warcraft, Carmen San Diego, and Dutch net smut instead.

Let's not forget that freedom costs a buck o' five.
Our government won't provide poorer countries with money to fight AIDS unless they promise to focus on abstinence as the best (aka only)solution and avoid promoting condom use. Hey, everyone knows that's what Jesus would do. Sorry, 2.0. But the evangelical slant to our governmental policies kinda frosts my cookies. The Gates foundation, on the other hand, uses science as, i dunno, fact? They provide a ton of money in grants to fight AIDS, and they don't require saving your soul to do it.

Don't worry Kennish. I don't share the same political side as our borderline retarded Commander in Chief. And Jesus wouldn't go to war... but that's a whole other topic... not sure if you all new this. But I'm a member of the Democratic Party. Doesn't make me better than anyone, just makes me more cynical.

The Gates Foundation has been doing this for years and hasn't gotten the pub until Buffet decided to bone up some of his millions instead of seeing it go to his grandchildren spending it on parties with Paris Hilton.
