Wait!?! Judd Nelson was the voice for Hot Rod? Leonard Nemoy!?! Orson Welles!?! Hell, even Robert Stack & Casey Kasem got in on the action as voices for the 1986 release of The Transformers: The Movie.

Plus, the fact that they brought back the original voices for Optimus Prime and Megatron is pretty sweet.

If you guys dig the original cartoon, you gotta pick up the new 2-disc edition of the transformers movie. Brand new transfer & re-mastered sound and the thing is freaking LOADED with special features.

As for the new trailer...I gotta say...I'm kinda unimpressed. i have this sneaking suspician that the movie is going to suck. Hard.

Hey Duke...I've been wondering...that picture you have up, is that the entrance to Marcus' Martini Heaven?

Martini Heaven is a great place, but this is the stairway from the upper level of The War Room. Less martini, but more ladies.

War Room is cool, I just hate how crowded it gets. You barely have room to breathe.

Since God created man, and man created the Transformers, the Transformers are like a gift from God...

They are not a gift from God. They are an unholy curse from the beast we call the Desolate One.

So i'm kinda wondering, there are two factions on Cybertron. When a new transformer is created do they get stamped with the Decepticon logo or the Autobot logo or are they born with it? Or do they make a conscious decision to join one of the factions later on and get their emblem? Is this process tottally unknown? Cybergeeks unite! It's sort of like answering the paradigm of authentic crip-ness.

Here's the origin of the Transformers as I know it. Apparently it's been tweaked and altered a little bit over the years w/all the new crappy cartoon series. But this is the way it was when I as a kid.

The Transformers were created by this robot thing named Primus. He created the Transformers to protect the universe from Unicron (or as I like to call him...Galactus) and turned himself into the planet of Cybertron. Basically the Transformers that were created broke into 2 factions. There were the Autobots who were peace keepers and built & ran everything on Cybertron, blah blah blah. Megatron, doing the typical bad guy thing, started recruiting Transformers to join the Decepticons to overthrow the Autobots.
