Maybe this will increase Joey Harrington's stock in the fantasy draft???
....actually....no.
well...it may not help Joey not-quite-the-Heisman's stock...but Vick is going to help a the CFL fantasy draft for the '08-'09 season....
I think it means that MCP will draft two kickers first before he considers getting Vick...
