Is there anybody out there?
OK. Im going to say it. where the hell is everyone? What the hell is wrong with the Lodge and why is it the last post heading into week 1 of the NFL Season is from last Saturday?Im getting on my high horse and asking why some prominent Lodge members have not posted in weeks and in some cases Months. I went through the last posts since August 1st and there is a "Lack of effort".
2.0 dont think you are off the hook cause you were moving, we should have a road to Cali post by now.
Am I calling everyone out? Yeah. I am. Im taking the time to post and prepping for the vikings on Saturday, the championship runner up.

It should be a fairly telling sign that you've had this up here for almost four hours without response...I don't think I'm prepared to end of line this thing quite yet, but I'm not sure there's a whole lot of options out there if no one else cares...except for you Mother Goose...

I feel like one aspect to the Lodge is: we are too critical of posts. As for myself, I am guilty of putting things up that are odd; yet, this is only in exasperation of the lack of posting from others.
In the vein of the our personal critiques of posts -- because of our disapprovals and praises, it has now become a merit system. This line of thought surely has alienated and/or delayed Lodge activity.
Have we shut out our open variety show?
In sum, the Lodge has thrown itself asunder and we must rewind to the freedom of posting and commenting of days gone by...
I hate to say it, but I actually kind of agree with duke.
I am pickin' up what Duke is puttin' down.
I for one can say that when I put together a post....it takes me so damn long to format everything perfectly and link some stuff....and then go back and edit it because it doesn't look right.....because if I don't, I'll get crap from somebody for posting shite.
Somehow, in my own mind....each post had to be better than the last...and it was over before it even began.
If some casually witty banter about various topics is an acceptable form of posting...then everything should work itself out....and I believe it will.
I am working on a moving post... things are not all lost, Goose.
1st game of the NFL season is tonight. I'm excited to see my man Addai in action as the #1 threat out of the backfield for the Colts.
I think it was just the Dog Days... Though I know I've hesitated posting for the same reasons as above.

Ok. Since I startewd this, I'll add my retort. Train, Seatown MCP and Duke. From the bottom of my heart...Grow a set. Maybe there is a blog out there than encourages feelings of being too critical, or maybe one thats condones skirt wearing by grown men. This blog is about Opinions and Passion. About sports, Porn, movies, Beer and Chewbacca. Its about putting your thoughts into writing and having other people bash you for them. Its about making fun of eachother and trash talk that guys do.
This is the foundation that the Lodge was built on, and this sensitive response to a Call out makes me want to flick you all in the fleshy patch where your balls used to be. Dont bring this "Im afraid to post because everyone is too hard on me" crap.
To finish Im going to quote the man, the myth and the legend, John Blutarsky

I think the critical opinions of posts only come from 2.0, and everyone knows he's full of shit, so I'm not sure what the deal is...also...I'm going to be trimming rosters...like right now...do I need to make a post out of it?
