Cinco de Mayo
Tonight the wife and I are meeting up at the Greenlake Tacos Guaymas around 5PM to down a few margaritas in celebration of Cinco de Mayo. Yes, the 5th of May. I've always liked the number five. Plus, celebrating freedom & liberty is a good thing in any language. Ya'll are invited to join us.
El Cinco de Mayo is a national celebration in Mexico. It commemorates the victory of Mexican forces led by General Ignacio Zaragoza over the French expeditionary forces in the Battle of Puebla on May 5, 1862.
