Man....outside of J Steve that gets pretty hard because I would say that I only have a "love" relationship with players on teams that I'm a big fan of.......and J Steve is one of the only guys that I think actually detracts from his own value.
You could make arguments that Ray Allen would make the list based on his complete and utter lack of anything resembling defensive skills....
5-Christiano Ronaldo RM ManU-The Portugues International that embodies "gay football", is seriously gifted and if the Devils take any trophy he will have to play a huge part
4-Isiah Standback Former QB UW Hard to speak ill about a guy that stepped into the team leader position this year only to have the rug pulled out from under him by the offensive line, but every game was a measure of things done right and things done well...the difference this year was that he weighed heavier in the things done well category
3-Tim Lappano Offensive Cordinator UW Football-I know not technically a player, but still a tortured love/hate relationship, because he's yet to design 60 minutes of solid gameplanning for the Dawgs that meet their skill level...I keep thinking that once the skill level rises he'll respond, but I don't believe it....However, he shows glimpses of genius every now and then by rolling out a big play (Shackelford TD pass, Apple Cup) that know one expects...arggghhhh
2-Jerry Jones-Owner Dallas Cowboys Jimbo is against the owner on the sideline at any portion of the game, in fact the greatest thing an owner can ever do is recoginze that he knows nothing about football and hire the right people to make this decision. I'm talking of course about the reverse Jerry Jones, that operates somewhere in Ukrainian Hockey whose team is .500 at best.
I suppose with owners you have to take a love/hate relationship with the ego that it takes to bring championships home and hire the top flight players in a very competitive/expensive industry.
1-WR #81 Dallas Cowboys--No real surprise here, however I think it's entirely possible they could make and win the SB without him playing a single minute. But that, would be the distraction this team can't afford right now. Romo-time has killed the "#81" beast right now to help the team focus on winning the NFC.
There's no doubt that he's still talented and he definitely forces the defence to gameplan around and for that there is still "love", however, just about everything else, including the drops would equate to "hate".
Other notables from the past: Kevin Duckworth, Slick Rick of Montlake, Barry Switzer, Deon Sanders, Jerramy Stevens (Original UW recipe), Trader Bob Whitsitt and Scottie Pippen (semi-retired P-town version)
Oh.....nice....totally forgot that we had a Bronco guy in the house for next Sunday nights big matchup.
I liked Marquand Manuel last year....funny thing is, he left for the nice contract in GB and has been getting ROCKED hard this year. People out there are pissed.
"Plummer"?...and the facts are...Slick Rick was the head coach during the last great national Husky Win versus Purdue on Jan 1, 2001...for that, there is forced love (even though Marques should've recieved credit as assistant head coach)...everything else that occurred is mostly hate...

God....J Steve. Can't live with him and can't live without him.
He drops two big passes and makes you want to kill him....and then he comes up with a big TD catch like that.
GRRRRRRR!
Is anyone at work today? ....or just at home?
At home. Snow day for Sprint
No, I still think you can live without Stevens. He is a liability.
I am at work.
did you even go home Train?
yes, I made it home last night and even got off work at my normal time. Right as the snow hit.
Cool. Im working from the "War Room" today.
Everything is so quiet today. Anyone have a good Top5?
Top 5 activities that are better in the snow?
Peeing?
Here you go:
Top 5 players you have a love/hate relationship with:

Hmmm, well for me it would be Jake Plummer.
Come on Jay Cutler...
Sean Taylor of the Skins.
Love him because he is a talent and makes a ton of big plays
Hate him because he is a punk and a bonehead from "The U"
Anyone notice the irony last night that on one of Jeremy Stevens "Drops" he was seriously rocked hard core by Marquand Manuel?
I miss MM.

Wait just a cotton pickin minute...Slick Rick? Is there any love left for him? I cant believe there is any love left for him, only hate should remain
