Hey man, loan me a couple of bucks...
So I think we've found the answer to where the Train lunch $ donation fund has been going. Looks like Train and a collection of minorities are teaming up with potential local super-hero Dennis 'All My' Daugs 'in the house' to attempt to take down the Bennett-Death Star.
All in all, I think a blast at Mach 3 into a two-meter exhaust port is better odds than Grand Admiral Stern allowing the Super Durant-ics back on the market. The mighty Allen must be a little bit fearful that his title of 'Owner/Franchise Savior' could be under some challenge if D-squared is able to pull this off.
In the meantime, keep pumping dollars into the Train Lunch Fund, because for just the price of a six-pack of PBR tall-boys, you can keep Train fed and watch a 35 win team for years to come.

Every story about this lame-duck ownership team just makes me angrier. The AP is now reporting that Bennett has filed to move to OK City... not so coincidently hours after the Dennis Daugs attempt.
I named my Fantasy Basketball team name "F*ck Clay Bennett" as one man's useless protest. I'll be attending a game during Christmas break. Maybe my last game in the Key... hopefully David Stern will help move the city to finding a new lease/arena and keep the team in Seattle after visiting OK City and flexing his muscles to keep a team from moving to middle America.
"Oklahoma City, where America goes to play after they've been to the other 45 major TV markets"
and yes...Harrisburg, PA is higher on that list than OK City...
I can't even talk about this topic it makes me so angry...and that right there is saying something.
Just now read an optimistic view from co-founder of the Save Our Sonics and Storm movement written by a basketball writer for ESPN.
One way or another, he suspects there will be NBA basketball in Seattle for years to come, and Clay Bennett's announcement today did nothing to dissuade him. A glimmer of hope.
