You just gotta keep livin' man, L-I-V-I-N.
Well, I finally found the picture of Matthew McConaughey in the Rose Bowl picture. The game was amazing, but seeing Goose call out the McConaughey shot in the celebration was maybe the highlight of the game for me (besides seeing Train practically blow a load after winning $120 bucks on the last play of the game, of course) due to my obsession with pop culture. Jim, are you done with that Klosterman book yet? Need to read that one. Also, I can't not include this pic for almighty Thursday ritual. The big guy pulling a stop-short:

That's always been one of my favorite Chewie pictures. I'm glad someone got around to posting it.
It was bound to happen...and where was McConaughey during the dark years of TX football...that's right...just dazed and confused...
Apparently, McConaughey was on the sidelines after last years Rose Bowl game too! How does his dad play for the Packers and he become a Skin fan? Good thing he kept his manhood and didn't take the Titanic role. Some more McConaughey facts I found on IMDb:
- Brother of Rooster McConaughey.
- Was the first choice to play the lead in Titanic (1997).
- His father was at one time a professional football player for the Green Bay Packers.
- Was on the sidelines of The Texas Longhorns during the 2005 Rose Bowl where the Longhorns beat Michigan 38-37.
- Despite being a native Texan, he's a big fan of the Washington Redskins NFL team.
Why did you have to point out he's a skins fan? The friend of my enemy is my enemy.
Now I have to burn my copies of Dazed and Confused, Frailty, and 10 Things I Hate About You.
Wait...I didn't just say that last one did I? Awwww Crap.
McConaughey is an enigma wrapped in a joint and served like a Super Fish on Spinach from Taco Del Mar
