Gone...before we knew you. The Retirement of Lazlo

I hearby stand before my friends in the lodge. like Alex Spanos, the owner of the Chargers, to announce the retirement of the Ryan Leaf of the Lodge...Lazlo. A mistaken draft pick

I talked to him today and his schoolwork is going to keep him from being around. And while I love and respect the man. I will rip him here. So he is anouncing the end of a promising career that produced very little except for potential.

So I open the floor for ripping & mocking.

Highlights of his career
>1st round draft pick of Goose. Came is as a fountain of Movie knowledge and the only one among us who has actually written a movie screenplay
>Once got so drunk at Gooses Apartments after drinking Jack Daniels, that he threw up on my toilet, woke up every 10-15 minutes, yelled HoooAhhh like Al Pacino and then groaned and fell back asleep.
>Holds the record as Gooses longest tenured friend and family member, knowing him for over 30 years. (Thats longer than some of you have been alive)
>Only man I know who could write a post called "My night in a Parumph Nevada Whorehouse"
>Showed potential by having a guest spot at a Pre Lodge gathering at Hooters, and met someone Train went to school with (Cause that always happens at Hooters...Train. Was every woman at your school a Whore?)
> Once had the kid from Mask over at his house for dinner (Yes the weird faced guy played by Eric Stoltz)
> Joined Goose in a shoving match with Sonny Bono's bouncers
> Spent 2 years in Farmington New Mexico, home of the limbless indian tribe
> Now is a student at the Portland Culinary Institute

Lazlo will be my Co host at the Super bowl party, and will be bringing his Culinary Expertise to the "Mother of All Super Bowl Parties" So be wary of ripping him (Joe) because you want to be on his good side when he cooks. Goose may be a Boomer Esiason (Solid, sometimes great), Lazlo is Hall of Fame

Goodbye Lazlo. Your Starting Lodge spot is now open for a competition in camp

Touching...I feel like this could be the Koren Robinson-effect...that he'll go on to join a competing blog and thrive and eventually make the Blog-All Pro team...but, the timing just wasn't right for the Lodge

I'd like to hear the rest of the "shoving match" story regarding Sonny Bono's bouncers. Goose, care to indulge us?
