We're Going Streaking Through The Quad!
I simply had to give a shout-out to Detroit Lions Assistant Coach Joe Cullen for being arrested driving drunk naked!
My theory behind this was he was planning on running to KFC to get a bucket of chicken, and simply got too tired and decided to drive the rest of the way.
Or perhaps he was just tired of seeing players get all of the "legal trouble" attention, and decided he needed to represent for Assistant coaches everywhere.
Either way, you have to at least appreciate the humor of it all. Can you imagine the cops reaction after doing his little condescending walk up to the driver side window.
Bottle of peach shnapps: $12
Bucket of KFC Chicken: $14
Full tank of gas: $40
Getting caught driving drunk in the nude: Priceless

Hilarious. I love the Old School pic for a reference point also. I'm going with a guess that he lost a bet or got in a fight with his mistress and she kicked him out nekked and he decided, "Hey, now that I'm out. I'm hungry for some chicken."
Anybody see the Sports Guy's NFL Preview yesterday? I agree with him that the NFC East isn't as strong as people are thinking -- but he's way off on the strength of the Hawks. So off that I'm a little pissed about it... what about you's guys?
I hadn't seen that preview yet....some good stuff there...but it does piss me off a bit as a hawks fan.
But really, let's be honest here...it doesn't really matter what the Seahawks do this year, because anything will lead to some comment about how it was inevitable. We're in uncharted territory here....and trends/records are meant to be broken. I am super pumped about this season......but the Rams DO make me a little nervous....at least the game in the dome does....but 7-9??? C'MON!
That's all we can do....keep surprising people. The hawks will have something to prove until they can win the big one now.
Any word on the moron in your season ticket group? Need Devo to get one of his cousins to off him?
That's my family Kaye, its not me. The Caban**** family has gone clean.
Funny you should mention the moron.....he actually just upgraded our seats for the home opener to some row B club seats. I think he feels bad about last season or something......
Good news though Joe....you are in for the September 24th Giants game if you are interested.....
2.0...just finished reading the Sports Guy's NFL Preview...and...well...he's an idiot...I like most of his points, (especially about Matt Leinert), but come on, picking the Pats to win the SB? over the Eagles?...wtf?...and even w/o Alexander I think the Hawks can still get to 9-10 wins, yeah I said it...but the point about an improved and under-the-radar Rams team is valid...but w/o much weight until I see Bulger finish a season...
Count me in for the 24th... and any other game someone can't make. I have a family reunion on the 23rd up North, but I'll be driving home early for the Hawks, baby!
The SG Pats pick is pretty lame, I agree. Leinart will be better than people think though when Warner goes down with an injury. The Rams are more dangerous, but I'm with you that Bulger will get injured also, and then they'll fold.
