MAD MAX 4: FURY ROAD
Looks like this film is in production at a Sydney studio NOW!!! George Miller, who worked on Happy Feet - the penguin musical animated thing - will be working on MM4. I don't know how that will go down.
All I know is Post-Apocalypse + Road Warrior = BOOOM!!!
(unfortunately, Mel Gibson is not involved)

Uhm...there's no way things are going to get rolling anytime soon. George Miller has been in pre-production on the Justice League movie for only a couple of months after getting a rushed green light due to the writers strike.
From what I've been reading is that Fury road is going to go into production following completion of Justice League, which is probably a minimum of a year away, possible more due to the high level of effects that will probably be in the film. Fury Road was originally going to go in production in place of Justice League, but Warners was in a serious hurry to get things going.
Gonna be weird seeing a Mad Max movie without Mel Gibson...

Never good when a movie studio rushes out products... I have a feeling the FF movies were rushed.
WRONG I stand by my intel, this was fresh off the wire that production effing resumed. and if the road warrior says so, it has to be true.
Explain to me how George Miller can film the Justice League movie at the same time as Fury Road?
Think about it...if you're a Warner Brothers exec, and you're about to spend $150,000,000-$200,000,000 are you really going to let your director try and work on a second movie at the same time? This is going to be a tent pole film, and will be a major piece of Warner Revenue.
I have no doubt that Miller will go straight from Justic League to Fury Road, and there may be some simple pre-production being worked on during Justice League (i.e. hiring designers, prelim sketches etc.) but that will be it at the very most.
Tina Turner is going to fly down with her valkyrie princesses. She will ride atop leather bound gliders. At the sound of her war cry the feral child will rumble the earth, now full grown, tear apart the green arrow, green lantern, and turn aquaman into green paste.
After that a hundred ex-bikers will come over the hillside riding giant wild boars and crush apart the gay JL set. Then the Road Warrior will rev up over the remnants, as he reaches a parapet he'll somersault the car into the air letting it crash into a firy destruction over the JL bloodycast and charred set. The road warrior jumps from the car during free fall, Tina Turner catches him in the air.
They glide off into the sunset making out because Tina Turner is still hot. The Feral Man trudges along through the smoke looking for Firefly/Serenity set pieces to smash.
