Vic Rattlehead is a Red is a Red...he hates Chelsea!!!!

Brother will kill brother...spilling blood across the land, killing for (your clubs name unless you support Liverpool) something I don't understand - from Megadeath's "Holy Wars"

Well, well, well…let us get it on indeed…Sorry the Scouse decided not to join the final four party, but this just further proves the justness of the Soccer God. I’ve already heard from an extremely nervous Smurf Fan this morning who already forfeited his team’s chances and claimed Barca – United is the inevitable.

I unfortunately do not share the same belief structure as my Smurf friend, despite being a supporter of the greatest club on the planet not named Barcelona or SoundersFC . This all changes if the United squad from last night continues to emerge and Rio’s back holds out for a couple more weeks.
But I want to hear from the people, I want to talk gatherings and bets…I want more Megadeath!!!

I'm saddened by my Reds performance the other day... at loss for words really. Ronaldo and Tevez leaving this Summer will help ease the pain eventually; but for now the pain remains.

And for the ManU fan that claims Rossi's inevitable return (with a buy-back clause from Villareal) and the "emergence" of Macheda as a 17 y/o (against struggling Villa and Sunderland clubs) both will keep the tide going, a fair point. But a reach, nonetheless.

And yes, I'm bitter about the friggin Blues taking us out. [Sigh]

I'd be lying if I said losing #7 won't have an impact, as seen last night...but I have no problem taking the 75 milion for both Ronaldo and re-investing in the midfield and back line...I'm pretty sure Tevez walks away on a free transfer...it's ok...the #7 for United was legendary before the Portugese came north...and it will be legendary again

I'm not sure I've read anything about United really wanting Rossi back, not sure he rates high enough to be first team, unlike the Italian...and don't give me this S'land/Villa applesauce, the touch in the Villa game and the point in which it was done was to notch...and we'd never hear the end of it, if it was done wearing Scousa Red...

Speaking of Scousa Red, good thing the boys have a lot more time on their hands to sit back and hope United trip up...

Has the schedule come out for the Semi's yet? and do they typically happen on the same day?

Smurf here... .

I've got a goalie who's shipping more goals than UPS. I've got a Slooooow back four. I just don't see it. I just don't. Unless Magic Guus comes up with a great strategy. Play Essien at right back? Ah, The Guss will come up with something. Something like a 1-1 at the Nou Camp. Then it's game on.

I am heartened by Man U's peformance last year against Barca. Barca tends to have trouble with the more stout defenses and the English. But this ain't Ronaldinho's Barca.

After all that I'm going on record. Chelsea 2-1 agg. We done got the Guus that laid the golden egg...

I want to say the Pool v. Chelsea game was Epic. Two great teams never giving up. Then I look at the horrible goal keeping on both sides. And I think this might just be the worst game I've seen. Then again I'm a little gun shy after Helmet let 3 in in 3 min again Wanderers on Saturday. I keep hearing Merlin telling Maverick.. "That mig really screwed him up". I've never been the same since I f'd up my thumb so just imagine what Helmet's gone through. He like cougar might need to turn in his wings.

UCL schedule

4/28 BARCA v. BLUES 5/6 2nd lg
4/29 MANU V. ARSENAL 5/52nd lg

much like the reliever and place kicker in their respect sports...the goalie lives off the positive and negative adrenaline...then again...like the QB, they also receive a greater portion of the blame/credit, so figure that out...

here's the thing about these draws...we've seen three of these clubs every week (usually twice) a week since August and understand their strengths/weaknesses...Barca, exists in a relative vacuum, were we assume the competition is on par with England, but only an assumption...and you know where that gets you...

I haven't been this excited about 360 minutes of football in a long time...

Let's get it on...

With the Champions League finished... we can now concentrate on the title.

How about the FA Cup Semi-Final today versus Everton. Another club from Liverpool taking ManU out from their treble hopes. I'm not happy for the Blues... just for a Red Devil loss.

And the best news of the day being Reds legend Kenny Dalglish is back on staff at Liverpool! Great news today from Anfield.
