wow. the whole pacing and breathing on a cold day is what makes it happen. makes it feel eye of the tiger n' sh*t.
nbc sucks tho. they took away narnia.
NBC still has the Narnia rap up on their site. You can access it here:
http://www.nbc.com/Video/videos/snl_1432_narnia.shtml
Snack Attack Motherf**ker!
yea its on the NBC site. but its no longer available on the general web or other media sites. Narnia and SNL got way hot on the net and NBC can only think of copyright issues. but its spawned insane imitation videos. NBC messed up.
Oh I totally agree...NBC had the Natalie Portman skit pulled by Noon yesterday.
For the first time in years people are really talking about SNL again, yet NBC seems to want to silence all this buzz that's on the internet.
Nice work, Jayne. That was amazing. Thank you for that.
Well, hopefully the Lonely Island guys will continue to put out popular sketches so they can get to the level of stretching the boundaries of censorship that the early SNL years created. I can't wait for "My Pants" or "Just Two Guys" type sketches with random cursing and brilliantly awkward camera shots.
god...she just elevated my love for her to an all new level...and I agree...what the f' got into SNL? Is this all because of the BU krewe? I think its about time they pull some guys and fill in Chapelle's slot on Comedy Central...(I have f'n Dreamweaver going through my head thinking about that rap)
"So Brett Banks is a Ninja...surf's up!"
mental note: BU quotes=comment destroyer
I'll bust some Lonely Island quotes ... from the Bing Bong Brothers song:
"... Hey, pretty girl. Did you go to college? Did you get your BA, with all that knowledge. I like your boobies in your shirt. Please let me show you my p____..."
I love the little girl in the Queen amidalla outfit getting dissed.
Too funny
That was hot....that's all I can say...
I am so attracted to her...Natalie is V for Vendetta...
And...No more questions!!!
March 17th draws near. I spent two days reading the V for Vendetta graphic novel. Apparently it originally went through several incarnations until it came out. Before the full construct was made V was this black dress ninja with an embossed V starting from his belt and ending the v on his shoulders. The smiling doll face is much more eerie. As for the girl interrupted scalp Natalie, think concentration camps. The story was just so socially moving and extreme. I don't know if the movie will achieve the same literary calibre.
It recently screened at a couple of conventions in the last few weeks (Wondercon & the New York Con) and apparently the audience reaction was extremely positive.
The artist of V also has stated that he really loved the movie.
Warner Brothers also seems to think they have something special as they converted the film for IMAX (although it won't be shown here...the Pacific Science Center deemed the movie "Too Political") which is costly enough of a process that they only do it on films they feel will be a hit.
thats too bad for imax. there's nothing i'd love more than for elementary school kids at the science center or the aquarium to scream: REVOLUTION!!!! and then rage with their cell phones Yu-Gi Oh! cards.
