I know this hasnt really been discussed...but I have to share my opinion. I may be cold hearted, but I dont feel the least bit sorry for Ben Roethlisberger.
Multiple facial fractures, including his jaw a 9-inch laceration to the back of his head, and he has lost or chipped a number of teeth and has minor injuries to his knees from hitting the pavement.
If you ask me this moron got off easy. Wear a frickin helmet. Douch Bag. He was down at the one foot line.
Second. I heard this guy on Groz yesterday. He is becoming big in the world of competitive eating. Erik The Red deserves at least a link from from the Lodge. A fellow Seattle man. He is currently training for Nathans Hot Dog eating qualifier in San Francisco. He is working to take down the legendary Hot dog man Kobayashi. He just completed a Grilled cheese competition. How can you not get behind this guy!!!

I saw a training video for that Kobayashi kid on the International Channel once. He'll go into a restaurant and just binge, but he'll really get on top of spicy foods a long with lots of soup. I'm guessing the the filling and hot irritability strengthen up his stomach, so when he gets on hotdogs it doesn't faze him. The restaurant cook that he visits in tokyo thinks he's crazy.

... we get this year's overrated NBA prospect J.J. Redick getting pulled over for a DUI early this morning. The sweet smell of redemption.
Isnt it nice to know that he will soon be doing his drinking and driving in the Bellevue/Redmond area.
Redick? Oh, crap. I will boycott the Sonics next year if they draft him.
They have been mentioned as being seriously interested in his services.......but we'll see. You all know my thoughts on the Wallyworld situation over there on Queen Anne.....

I saw that he might go to Houston...that's a good place for him to melt away.
Maybe if Redick comes to Seattle...he can go driving with Dale Ellis and Rashard Lewis...
The good thing about this is it'll put a question mark on Redick and hopefully the Sonics won't make the mistake and pick him because of it. Could be a blessing in disguise for Seattle fans.
The Sonics are in serious contention for having the ability to put together an All-Star type Drunken Dirtbag team.....and Redick might just round it out nicely.
