R.I.P. Mr. Eko, Ep. 2 Season 2-Ep. 5 Season 3
Here you go MCP (you better comment on this)...Apparently the writers only had room for one spiritually-centered character in Lost and his name wasn't Mr. Eko. We lost on Wednesday night one of the best written characters in TV history in my opinion and a definite blow to the potential of the show.I've heard the real-life theory that MCP espouses regarding drunk driving in Hawa'ii=soon to be written death scene, I'm not sure I buy that, but anything is possible in the world of Hanso. I'd like to get an overall take from all Lodge viewers on the death of Eko and the meaning of the words he muttered before passing on, "we're next", which probably came out "you're next" when he said it to Locke, and if so, was he saying it to Locke specifically or the rest of the Castaways.
So, what's the take on the first major death of the Season, the duality of the islands, the eye-patch and anything else on this Friday before the Fall Finale next Wednesday.

I for one don't like the death of Eko. He was a major reason I tuned into the show each wednesday. I hope they step up the intensity of Locks character now. Though they could be making a switch to focus more on Desmonds new found POWERS. Speaking of which what happened to Desmonds woman? are we going to see some more of her and those two guys in the snow?
I am not a fan of the others storyline. I just feel they are anoying at best. Though I kinda like the juliette woman = Yabo's. the whole two Island thing is a stretch. How could the castaways not see the other island? Is the Hydra station a huge underwater network?
I hope the dude with the eye patch is the KURGAN

I was reading an intersting take. It seems with the death of Anna and Eko and the Loss of Michael and Walt, that the Island seems to be taking an "All White" approach to the Island Population
who would've thought we would've missed..."muchacha"...we still have Hurley...
With Hurly and this new Raul? guy we have a nice Hispanic population.
Oh, and the new blond chicky who went to the Pearl Station; well I just like that character
I aslo like the new Beach hottie. where the hell has she been for the last 75 days?
I don't know, but she's perky and hopefully she'll stick around long enough to go swimming...

He told me he was going to the doctor. I think he had to load up on some penicilian to ward off any infection while he is in Vegas.
It's Official MCP went home for the day... I guess he has a throat, sinus and ear infection
