The New Black Machine
It was with sad tidings that I sold the red machine. The Civic has a good owner now, high school kid who's even decorated it with a buddy Jesus on the dash. I had to move on and after several different cars driven and models reviewed I found a gem to cruise for a few years.
- 221 hp V-6 engine
- 0-60mph in 7.1 seconds
- Bose 8-speaker stereo system
Even I can't accept it yet. (original msrp: $51,300.)
I was a little disappointed that Train was skipping work today. I wanted a brother Lodger to be the first to know, and of course optimize the best value on my insurance coverage. I'll just have to settle with what was setup at the hands of some other.
Yes, I purchased a used Mercedes Benz E320 '99. After looking over a Honda SUV, Lexus IS300, and a couple uncertain guys from the Ukraine, I found a valid dealer with a good price. With the help of my friends in the car industry and databases, we confirmed the black machine is legit.- 221 hp V-6 engine

Rollin in the Benz....Nice Duke.
Thats a class ride
Wow. Unbelievable. Nice to see the connections with the Filipino Mafia are paying off, Devo. You are correct, the Benz is legit. Hell, you might even now be legit.
and jayne. sometimes i review accounts and see if i may have overlooked certain discrepancies in formulas. i'm sure you do the same with your clients for maximum satisfaction. *cough cough*
Duke. Lets take the Charger and the Benz our to SIR and see what happens
hmmm, you got about 30 horsepower on me. but i think the black machine handling has a little edge on the charger.
I'd agree with you there.
Its a fine ride. It now is in the Lodge Ride HOF Next to the Charger and Trains "Green Neon"
Man, I forgot about the Neon. Sweet.
wow..... a green neon. that must have been a custom requested job.
jayne, i would have called you, but i have train's direct line and not yours. he must be a little more on the upper ladder to do that in the pemco office. of course i could have just asked for 'the comic book guy' and they might have xferred me.
life is now measured as just the moments between rides in the big black machine...cheers Duke...you make ze Fahza-land proud...
why did the duetsch design a button whose sole purpose is to automatically drop down the headrests in the rear?
somehow, there are a few things that are unnecessary in the black machine.
i do give props for the automated cupholder...
Sorry I wasn't there for you on friday to help you out with your auto insurance needs.
Would you say that you are now more or less likley to have your auto broken into now?
I would say less likely to get stolen. Honestly. The civic screamed -- "get inside me and take me for a ride." The whore.
I took the whole weekend out, cleared out the garage, put together a garage door opener (time+difficulty). The black machine has a fresh alarm, even anti-tow function.
He wasn't sure if it was Jim or Jordan. But thanks for passing my contact info on to Mujale.
It was good to hear from the Mooch.
Yes, Goose that was me... I am happy that he called you. I knew you would want to hear from him and would have no problem with me giving out the number. I totally slipped my mind that we had spoken.
It was so random seeing him at Barnes and Nobles. He seems like he is really doing well for himself. He didn't think that I would remember him so he did a few laps past me and kept saying hello. I kept saying hello back and finally just asked him if he knew who I was. I had a great time catching up with him.
And thus the 6 degrees begins. And the assembly of the greatest youth coaching staff in history. Past present and future. A dream team if you will.
So when will we have a Great White North Post.
BTW. A belated Happy Birthday Jimbo.
Happy Birthday Jimmy
I believe we have one photo that will summarize the entire weekend better than any words could...stay tuned...
