So obviously this is a stop gap signing. Leanord Weaver is obviously the new FB. But McCrary is a solid player. FB's in the West coast need to do two things, block and catch passes. Can he learn the Blocking Schemes and the pass routes quickly? If so he might add some value. Dont forget as a lead blocker, his job is simply to put a helmet on the defender, its up to the RB behind him to read the block and make a cut.
