Time of Death: 01:23PM

Yesterday, my 12-inch G4 Powerbook died. The hard drive is toast. I have an appointment to try and recover the data (i.e. 50+ gigs of music, school papers, notes, etc.) in the Apple Store on Thursday. But I'm not confident they'll be able to do anything. But we will see.


It's been a good 3 years with the little guy. So today, I put a new 13.3-inch MacBook on my credit card. Now that I'm a full-time student, it's not really an option to write notes (since I can type approximately 8 times faster than I can write) for class. Crazy. I got the white one because the black one is 200 bucks more. 200 bucks for black. B!tches. The differences between the two computers can be seen in the image above.
